This role is for an experienced Account Manager with a proven sales record with selling enterprise software into corporates and preferably within the public sector. In this role you will be required together with your technical resource, you develop and manage new and existing accounts to achieve sales goals within the assigned region under limited supervision.
Who we're looking for
The incumbent must have:
5 years of working experience in a Sales environment
• Ability to schedule and conduct presentations, seminars and training to large groups.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Demonstrates sound and good business judgment.
• Fluent (written and spoken) in English.
• Previous startup experience a pre-requisite
• Proven success in early product pre-release selling
• Detailed knowledge of data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions desired
• Familiarity with storage-related solutions from StorageTek, EMC, NetApp, HP/Compaq, IBM, SUN, Veritas
and Legato
