To research, compile, analyse, interrogate and employ relevant financial and other information from within the organisation as well as external sources. The following functions will be required:
• Provide insights and guidance to management in running the company and taking decisions for setting of plans
• improvement of performance and optimisation of returns and changing of strategies and tactics
• Correction of operational deficiencies towards the achievement of strategic objectives
• Obtain a thorough understanding of the business to participate as a partner to the heads of business units/divisions/departments and key support to the finance director
• Determine the company requirements together with end users
• Determine optimal MI production structure
• Develop MI dissemination mechanisms including design and roll out of MI dashboards
• Develop, maintain and improve internal and external stakeholder relationships and ensure service level agreements are maintained

Who we're looking for
Professional Qualification preferred: CA(SA)/ Actuarial/ MBA
Article and experience in business as a financial analyst or financial manager
